Ayurvedic Rejuvenation

Kerala is also known as the land of Ayurveda. Ayurveda is a unique, indispensable branch of medicine – a complete naturalistic system that depends on the diagnosis of one’s body’s humours -  vata, pitta and kapha - to achieve the right balance.

This is a natural way of refreshing oneself, eliminating all toxic imbalances from the body and thus regaining resistance and good health.

Kerala is the only state in India, which practices this system of medicine with absolute dedication. SITC organises Ayurvedic Rejuvenation packages in association with the leading traditional ayurvedic pharmacies in the state. The rejuvenative and therapeutic programmes arranged are listed below. Though, all the packages are organised according to the convenience of the tourist, the programme and duration is decided by the ayurvedic physician after considering the medical history, if any.
